We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) when you contact us from the European Union, and with the Montenegrin law governing personal data protection.

Who we share data with
We don’t sell data. We use the following service providers (processors), only as far as needed for the purposes above:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting and processing of forms and tools; server functions and data storage in the EU (Frankfurt), content delivery network worldwide
- Hostinger: business email (receiving and sending emails)
- OpenAI: generating answers in the ChatGPT brand check and the AI Visibility Index
- Google (Gemini API): generating answers (Gemini API) in the brand check and the AI Visibility Index
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based in the United States or other countries outside the EU/EEA. Transfers rely on an adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Automated decision-making
The readiness quiz automatically calculates a readiness score so we know how to respond to your enquiry. We make no automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS only, only authorised people can access data, and IP addresses used to limit the tools are stored only as hashes.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16.
